Hi everyone,
I hope you had a good day yesterday.
Today you have 2 tasks for our P.E. class today.
Task 1) Read the attached article on water.
Task 2) Track how much water you drink over the course of the day. The article suggests you need to drink 12 cups of water over the course of the day. Complete the poll on Edsby about whether you drink 12 cups of water, more than 12 cups or less than 12 cups of water.

Hi everyone,
Today you have two tasks. The first task is to look at the attached PowerPoint which are the instructions on how you can sign into Edsby which will be the platform that we will use to exchange work after Spring Break. After going through the PowerPoint take the time to sign into Edsby and send Mr. Mitchell or Mrs. Penner a message depending on who your teacher is.
The second task is to complete a challenge the Brooks Laich (former NHL player) sent out on Twitter (see below for the link).

Hi there Wolfpack.
Today is the first day of our school suspension. We have come up with a quick 8 minute activity that you can do with anyone in your family. The activity is one that we do regularly in class, it is the Alphabet Fitness Circuit.
This activity is 8 minutes long. You try and spell out your first and last name by doing each exercise that corresponds with the letters in your name. If you spell your first and last name before the 8 minutes are completed, you start again.
